Stage 5: Outcomes and Action Planning
Once the priorities were established that form the backbone of the SCS, 10 year outcomes were identified for each priority. Achievement of these outcomes would provide a tangible difference to the issues being addressed. The outcomes are listed under each priority of the SCS.
However, the main delivery mechanism for the SCS is the succession of 3 year Local Area Agreements (LAAs). The 2008-11 LAA contains the actions and delivery plans designed to help contribute to the achievement of the SCS priorities.
